On your iPhone. Promenade has no account and no servers, so your journal isn't stored anywhere else, and deleting the app deletes it.
How do I keep a copy?
Settings → Back up & restore saves your journal as a file you keep somewhere safe. Restoring adds what's missing and never removes anything.
